Options for a more clear vision of success.

Counseling options:

Vision Foundation (30 minute meeting) is ideal for developing ideas for specific situations. Clients complete a questionnaire in advance of the meeting then share details of their situation during the session. Ideas for action steps are developed together with the client. ($49)

Vision Development (2, 30 minute meetings) is ideal for helping to clarify a vision for success when there are a few considerations to weigh.  Clients also complete a questionnaire in advance of the meeting, but in greater detail. Clarity comes at the end by mutually developing an understanding of the next steps to take and what these may look like.  ($94)

Vision Development Plus (2, 50 minute meetings) is ideal for supporting clients who are in transition.  Career Construction Counseling is used to develop a new personal career story. Clarity comes through thoughtful consideration of perspectives on life current life circumstances with a focus on relevant and meaningful action steps towards future success. ($182)

Vision Formation (4, 50 minute meetings with additional support) is ideal for making the most of career awareness, research and planning. Clients journey through discussion and activities that bring clarity to the ABCs, understanding life themes and vocational personality in order to find meaning in work.  The initial questionnaire begins the discussion, but each session is determined by the needs of the client. While the outcomes will vary depending on each situation, all clients are taken through steps towards equipping for future success. ($356)

Vision Formation for High School Students (2, 50 minute meetings during the school year) is designed to supplement and enhance traditional school counseling for students in grades 10-12. Meetings are designed to hear the stories of each student's journey, weighing personal desires with skills and abilities. Every family is given personalized resources and tools that develop confidence about choices that lead to success after high school, including strategies for success with the college admissions process. More than just a timeline, a personalized career plan weighs many factors that lead to success. ($94 per student annually)
